The Midlands Division is the largest of the divisions, due to the recent addition of the Swansea Medics and Nottingham Graduate Entry Medics. The division has been historically dominated by the Birmingham and Nottingham Undergraduates sides, with both teams regularly progressing to the Cup Semi-Finals, however the recent strengthening on the Leicester Medics has meant the standard in the division is good.
